Standard shipping for made-to-order gowns typically takes 12-16 weeks. We also offer a selection of 'Ready to Ship' styles that arrive within 5-7 business days.
What is your return policy for bridal attire?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, wedding gowns and custom veils are final sale. However, bridesmaid dresses and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have tags attached.
Do you offer professional alterations?
While we do not provide in-house alterations, we include a curated list of recommended bridal tailors in your shipment to ensure your garment fits perfectly.
How do I determine my correct size?
