At The Wedding Shoppe, we want you to feel confident and beautiful on your special day. If your purchase isn't a perfect match, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective coverings are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our bridal specialists inspect the garment for unworn condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
